[VOTE] axismora developers as committers

I'd like to propose that the following folks be made ws-axis 
committers so that they can continue to work on axismora and
other parts of Axis (they're already working on the JaxME 
integration to current Axis):

     Srinath Perera (lead)
     Jeykumaran Chandrasegaram
     Dimuthu Leelarathne
     Vairamuthu Thayapavan

Here's my vote: +1.
