Eclipse 3.0.1 often hang-up when used with Tomcat-PluginV3 and Spindle 3.0.

Hi All,
I am using Eclipse 3.0.1 with Spindle 3.0 plug-in and Tomcat-PluginV3.
Tomcat-PluginV3 enable us to Start and Shut Tomcat from within Eclipse.
My system is using Windows XP.

Eclipse is very often hang-up and couldn't start. Even after I restart the 
computer
and start Eclipse again, Eclipse wouldn't open and I just get stuck with 
the Opening Windows of Eclipse.
In that case, I have to re-install Eclipse and all the plug-in (Spindle and 
Tomcat-PluginV3).

Has anyone ever experienced the same thing?
What is the solution for this? Shouldn't I use Tomcat-PluginV3 in Eclipse?
