[I] Task instances with logical_date=None can not be filtered in Task Instances view [airflow]

### What happened?
Navigating to the Task Instances view at /task_instances initially shows all relevant task instances. However, when applying a name filter, task instances triggered via the REST API with logical_date = None are missing. After removing the name filter, these task instances still do not reappear. They are only visible again after a full page refresh.
### What you think should happen instead?
Task instances should be able to be filtered.
### How to reproduce
Navigate to /task_instances page and filter by name. Task instances with logical_date=None disappear.

Kubernetes with helm chart version 1.18

I can work on this issue if it’s still open.
I’ll investigate how task instances with `logical_date = None` are handled in the Task Instances view filtering logic and propose a fix so they remain visible when filters are applied, along with tests if applicable.

Ok this might have been fixed in https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/56920 then which will come with 3.2.0
