[ANNOUNCE] Apache Spark 4.2.0 released

Hi All,

We are happy to announce the availability of Apache Spark 4.2.0!

Apache Spark 4.2.0 is a new feature release of the 4.x line. This release
resolves more than 1700 tickets with contributions from more than 270
individuals.

To download Spark 4.2.0, head over to the download page:
https://spark.apache.org/downloads.html

Spark 4.2.0 is also available on PyPI (pyspark
<https://pypi.org/project/pyspark/>, pyspark-connect
<https://pypi.org/project/pyspark-connect/>,
pyspark-client <https://pypi.org/project/pyspark-client/>) and the Maven
Central Repository.

I noticed that the release notes URL and content have a different structure across 4.1.0 and 4.2.0.

https://spark.apache.org/releases/spark-release-4-2-0.html

URL has dashes and no highlighted changes.

https://spark.apache.org/releases/spark-release-4.1.0.html

URL has periods and a list of highlighted changed.

Is this intentional?
