[VOTE] Karl Pauls for Release Manager
In an effort to continue progress on a Felix release and eventual
graduation, Karl Pauls has been nominated as Felix' Release Manager.
This vote represents the formal conclusion to that nomination. Please vote.
[ ] +1: I accept Karl Pauls as Release Manager. Go, Karl, go!
[ ] 0: I don't care who is the Release Manager.
[ ] -1: I do not accept Karl Pauls as Release Manager.

Although Karl never publicly accepted the nomination, he did accept it

Thanks for voting. I look forward to the first Felix release a lot!
I spent some time to review the test release we created and can't find
any more glitches except to elevate notice for Peter Kriens from the
bundle-plugin NOTICE file to top-level - hence, I will look with Rick
into bringing it up to date and call a vote on it soon-ish.
