   You can just set a gray color if all value are zero. It's as easy as:
   
   ```ts
   const isAllZero = data.every(item => item.value === 0);
   data: data.map(item => {
     ...item,
     itemStyle: { color: isAllZero ? 'gray' : undefined }
   })
   ```
