SSL Tunneling does not work with MultiThreadedHttpConnectionManager

Summary: SSL Tunneling does not work with
                    MultiThreadedHttpConnectionManager
           Product: Commons
           Version: 2.0 Alpha 3
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: HttpClient
        AssignedTo: commons-httpclient-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: becke@u.washington.edu

The HttpConnection is released prematurely when doing SSL tunneling with the
MultiThreadedHttpConnectionManager. The ConnectMethod releases the connection
in responseBodyConsumed() before it can be used by the real method.
