   Hi community,
   
   I find there are an extra licenses directory in dev branch. https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/tree/dev/licenses
   Is this a must? I am confusion. We already maintain all binary licenses in https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/tree/dev/dolphinscheduler-dist/release-docs/licenses.
