I'm new to kafka. I would like to know how to install the CAMEL-JIRA-KAFKA-CONNECTOR and how to configure it.
Where do I have to put the unit 
<dependency>
 <groupId>org.apache.camel.kafkaconnector</groupId>
 <artifactId>camel-jira-kafka-connector</artifactId>
 <version>x.x.x</version>

Where to extract the file 
camel-jira-kafka-connector-0.3.0-package.tar.gz

Where and how to set options such as
camel.source.endpoint.jql
