At the moment, your mirror appears some
three days old (12-Sep-2012 22:48).

I can't find any connections from 199.249.224.98
(or 2001:470:bbbf::62) in the apache logs.

Something is wrong with redirects ; compare
http://mirror.quintex.com/apache/beehive/
with
http://www.apache.org/dist/beehive/

Please look (again) at our how-to-mirror
