3.1M2RC2 Wont Start!!

Using Redhat6.2/Intel Piii, JDK1.2.2 (from Sun).  JIT from Inprise.

This combo works fine with my Tomcat 3.0 setup .....

Error msgs as follows:

[root@goliath bin]# ./tomcat.sh start
cd ./..
Using classpath:
.:./../lib/ant.jar:./../lib/jasper.jar:./../lib/javac.jar:./../
lib/moo.jar:./../lib/projectx-tr2.jar:./../lib/servlet-2.2.0.jar:./../lib/servle

t.jar:./../lib/test:./../lib/webserver.jar:./../lib/xml.jar:/opt/jdk122/lib/tool

s.jar:/opt/jdk122/lib:/opt/tomcat/classes
[root@goliath bin]# Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: o
rg/apache/tomcat/startup/Tomcat

Help appreciated!
