[jira] [Created] (USERGRID-205) Add an event to the job interface to signal the scheduler giving up

Todd Nine created USERGRID-205:
----------------------------------

Summary: Add an event to the job interface to signal the scheduler giving up
                 Key: USERGRID-205
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/USERGRID-205
             Project: Usergrid
          Issue Type: Story
          Components: Stack
            Reporter: Todd Nine
            Assignee: Todd Nine
            Priority: Blocker

Currently it's not possible for jobs to know when the scheduler is giving up on them. To accomplish this, we should an an event to the job interface to allow users to take any action required when the job is marked as dead.
