Patch that fixes the problem in AbstractExecWarMojo. As far as I can tell there is no equivalent to this Mojo in tomcat6-maven-plugin.

The reason for the failure is that the {{JarArchiveEntry}} that is created in {{AbstractExecWarMojo.copyDirectoryContentIntoArchive()}} contains platform specific path separators, i.e. '\'. The integration test requires that all path separators are '/'.
> According to http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/util/zip/ZipEntry.html#isDirectory%28%29 path separators should be '/' and nothing else. So the fix is to transform the path separators of the included file before its name is added to the archive.
