[jira] [Updated] (SSHD-192) Allow factory-injected replacement for Client TcpipForwardSupport

Kevin Winchester updated SSHD-192:
----------------------------------

    Attachment: SSHD-192.patch

I am attaching a patch to implement the described changes. I also included the fix for SSHD-190 as it was required for these changes.

I am supposed to grant copyright to the ASF when submitting this patch, but I do not see where to do that. I do grant it though.

> The current TcpipForwardSupport class does not allow any behaviour to be implemented in the case of a failure to establish a channel.
> The code should be changed to allow replacement implementations of this class such that failures can be handled in custom ways.
