Description: Key value columns in Phoenix will be modeled as fields in a record. The RelOptUtil.InputFinder tracks column references in a statement. It'd be good to have a way to track at a finer level of granularity: both columns and field references. (was: Key value columns in Phoenix will be modeled as fields in a record.
