1. Open attached docx sample file
2. Verify whether the content is same with that in MS office 2010
Problem:
Content in "Connection Steps For Process" section are all lost

There are two problem in it:
1) The table width is not imported correctly.
2) The table content is shown correctly.
I'll use this bug to fix problem #1 first. And bug 121135 is submitted to track
problem #2.

Patch
The problem happens specially with inner tables.
When a table cell has a inner table, the cell count logic is not correct. When
calculating columns width, it depends on the cell numbers, thus the column
width is wrong either.
To fix this, we need to store the parent table's cell count, and re-start with
0 for the inner table's cell count. And after back from the inner table, we
need to restore the cell count for the parent table.
