    Fix testDisconnectClientWithoutClosingConnection

    ### Motivation
    
    As described at #515 : unload-bundle takes some time to disconnect client so, placed sync-time accordingly to fix the test.


You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/rdhabalia/pulsar cnx_test

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-pulsar/pull/516.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
