[I] Overwrite dashboard not work [superset]

sonfire186 opened a new issue, #31957:
URL: https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/31957

   ### Bug description

   If I delete a chart on the dashboard. I save the dashboard and export it.
   Then I return to the dashboard and add a new chart, save the dashboard.
   Return to the main page and click import previously saved dashboard with OVERWRITE. Then the added chart after export will be in the new imported dashboard.
   I expect the dashboard to be completely rebuilt based on the data from the import. BUT I get an extra chart that I added after export.

   Assuming the order of operations info above solved this, since it's been silent for a while. Closing, but happy to revisit/reopen if there's more to it!

   > I am experiencing the same problem (v4.1.1) when trying to import a dashboard via web UI, as well as via REST API, the dashboard remains with the same number of charts instead of the charts defined in the previously exported dashboard .zip file, even with the overwrite flag.

   must be imported in the following order
   1.datasets
   2.charts
   3.dashbords

   I am experiencing the same problem (v4.1.1) when trying to import a dashboard via web UI, as well as via REST API, the dashboard remains with the same number of charts instead of the charts defined in the previously exported dashboard .zip file, even with the overwrite flag.

   <!-- Answer -->
   I found a similar unsolved discussion regarding the import functionality with overwriting all related objects, including charts and datasets. You can view the discussion [here](https://github.com/apache/superset/discussions/31306) [[1]](https://github.com/apache/superset/discussions/31306).

   Regarding the issue you're experiencing, the expected behavior of the OVERWRITE option when importing dashboards in Superset is to replace existing dashboards with the imported ones. However, there is a known limitation in version 4.1.1 where the import process requires all dependencies to be included in the import bundle, and it does not support referencing existing dependencies in the target system [[2]](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/31443). This might be affecting the behavior you're observing, where the dashboard is not completely rebuilt as expected.
