when the color of an svg generated oval is the same as the color of a preceding
inline text, the svg oval is mis-colored (black); however, if the color of the
oval differs from the color of a preceding inline text, the svg is colored
correctly;

the attached patch fixes this bug; the problem was use of setColor() versus
updateColor(): the former did not update the PDFPaintingState, while the latter
does; note that PDFImageHandlerGraphics2D already used updateColor() while
PDFImageHandlerSVG erroneously used setColor();
