    Add support for whitelist of headers to be proxied from origin servers by combo handler

    Combo handler strips out all headers from the individual responses except for Expires and Content-Type header. This pull request is to extend this functionality to a configurable set of headers (white list).

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/nayaniabhishek/trafficserver master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/68.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #68
