Correction ->Re: JSPC skips files - Please help

This one works:

  <java classname="org.apache.jasper.JspC"
     fork="true"
    failonerror="true">
  <arg value="-d" />
  <arg value="${build.jspc.java.dir}" />
  <arg value="-webinc" />
  <arg value="${dest.dir}/webinc.xml" />
  <arg value="-p" />
  <arg value="com.mycompany.jsp.common" />
   <arg value="-s" />
  <arg value="${web.dir}/jsp/common/*.jsp" />
  <classpath>    <path refid="compile.classpath"/>
  </classpath>     </java>

removed   <arg value="--" />
