minor bugs

Using the current CVS from Sunday, I needed to touch up the MSVC projects
files in order to build the XPathWrapper example. The DLL project needs a D
added to the lib reference and the TestDriver project needs to reference the
DLL in the link pane - ..\..\Build\Win32\VC6\Debug\XPathWrapper.lib

I'm able to build a complete Xalan/Xerces from CVS as of Sunday. This didn't
work on Saturday.
