[I] Jt400: integration tests should be run without flat classpath [camel-quarkus]

### Bug description
Current tests of jt400 contains mocked tests (require flat classpath) and integration tests (does not require). It would be better to separate the test module into 2 and allow integration test to run without flat class path.
