   @codope I only add a custom implementation of `HoodieRecordMerger`, not introduce custom  `HoodieRecord `. I think different `HoodieRecord` implementation  is used for different engine-specific (spark, flink ), it's not something customized by the user based on their special business requirements. Please correct if I'm wrong.
