[Bug 64003] New: mod_mbox: Permalink with Accept: message/rfc822 should return the raw message

https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=64003

            Bug ID: 64003
Summary: mod_mbox: Permalink with Accept: message/rfc822 should
                    return the raw message
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.5-HEAD
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: mod_mbox
          Assignee: bugs@httpd.apache.org
          Reporter: danielsh@apache.org
  Target Milestone: ---

Feature request: make `curl -H "Accept: message/rfc822"
https://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/www-announce/201912.mbox/%3C4c42c008-d53b-4f54-9a86-fa5d97f5beec%40www.fastmail.com%3E`
return the raw RFC822 message, as served by
<https://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/www-announce/201912.mbox/raw/%3C4c42c008-d53b-4f54-9a86-fa5d97f5beec%40www.fastmail.com%3E>.

Got the idea from <https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5064#section-3.1>.

[Incidentally, the /raw/ URL is served as Content-Type: text/plain. Wouldn't
message/rfc822 be better?]
