[I] Frontend: migrate the summary and transfers screens to the appTranslate pipe [fineract-consumer-facing]

Aman-Mittal opened a new issue, #181:

   Part of #172. Follow the steps in #172 under "How to migrate a component".
   
   Files:
   - `src/app/features/summary/summary.component.ts`
   - `src/app/features/transfers/transfer.component.ts`
   - `src/app/features/transfers/transfer-form.component.ts`
   - `src/app/features/transfers/transfer-form.component.spec.ts` (switch to `provideI18nTesting()`)
   
   Done when these entries are gone from `frontend/eslint-suppressions.json`, and `npm run lint`, `npm test` and `npm run i18n:check` pass.
