[PR] [ISSUE #2912] Align system group filtering [rocketmq-dashboard]

   Summary:
   - delegate canonical RocketMQ system consumer groups to MixAll
   - retain Studio-specific reserved prefixes
   - stop hiding legal groups that only begin with reserved exact names
   
   Verification:
   - mise exec java@temurin-21 -- mvn -Dtest=SystemGroupFilterTest test
   - 1 test, 0 failures; Checkstyle 0 violations

   Consolidated into #2907 (merged into rocketmq-studio) per the maintainer batch integration — no separate merge needed.
