[jira] [Commented] (CB-881) PhoneGap / Cordova version info on Xcode

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-881?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13291119#comment-13291119 ]

Shazron Abdullah commented on CB-881:
-------------------------------------

To be clear, this is just about naming the template name with the current version. Note that in 2.0 the template is going away (see Roadmap), replaced with a cli tool where you can determine versions better.

> Creating Cordova project for iOS is fully automated. However, it's hard to identify current version on XCode without first creating Cordova sample app. We have to look at cordova.js to identify version info.
> Suggestion:
> Provide a small text indicate current version on Xcode Project Template (or something similar)
