Adding quickstarts to the AS7 quick start list about creating CDI extensions

I think many of us have seen the list of Quick Starts that have been
developed as part of AS7 (https://github.com/jbossas/quickstart). We're
looking for some quick starts about creating CDI extensions and other
interesting problems that people have solved with CDI (new scopes,
modifying meta data, etc). Is anyone on this list interested in adding some?

I believe this list has the largest group of people interested in and
authors of CDI extensions, hence the email.
