RC2 of build tools and uimaj sdk ready for testing
I've done a compare with the previous 2.3.0 release and it now looks ok to me.
The artifacts are located here:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheuima-041/org/apache/uima/
In particular, the binary and source distributions for uimaj are here:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheuima-041/org/apache/uima/uimaj-distr/2.3.1/
and for the build tools:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheuima-041/org/apache/uima/uima-build-resources/

respinning as rc3, starting with the Build tooling.
For those who want to build during this process, you should check out the latest
(e.g. -RC3) version of the two build tools and build them so your local repo
will have the version 1 instance of the tooling, because the uimaj projects are
now updated to reference version 1 of the tooling.
