Please Help! (chmod: cannot access error)

Hello, guys

I installed nutch-1.0 on a linux machine and everything worked fine.
Recently, our system administrator reset linux user account and the
following error occurred. I gave full user rights to my linux user account
and the problem is still not solved

Exception in thread "main" org.apache.hadoop.util.Shell$ExitCodeException:
chmod: cannot access `/tmp/hadoop-scdb/mapred/system/job_local_0001': ???
??????? ?????? ????
