[PR] chore: fix front matter and markup in Talk to Your CRM blog post [camel-website]

Follow-up to #1807. Markup-only fixes; the author's wording is unchanged.
- Rename front matter `excerpt` to `preview`. The blog layouts only read `preview` (list card, lead paragraph, `og:description`, LinkedIn share), so the excerpt was not shown anywhere.
- Close the unterminated `**bold**` in the prerequisites sentence, which rendered literal asterisks.
- Fix the indentation of the `get_crm_notes` YAML excerpt: `steps:` was nested under `parameters:`, so the snippet was not a valid route definition. It now matches the demo repository.
