Not commenting on the merits of the issue one way or the other. Just wanted to mention that there is a fork that appears to support this: https://github.com/vigyanhoon/cordova-plugin-camera-exifdata/tree/master/src, and an alternative method: https://github.com/remoorejr/cordova-plugin-camera-with-exif
