Can't startserver on NT 4.0

Hi,

I just started to evaluate the project and need a little help to
get started.

When I try to run the server, a subshell is started, the server
tells me where it reads the server.xml file and then terminates.
No error message, nothing.

I'm using
* tomcat-3.0-zip
* jdk 1.2

I corrected all classpaths in the tomcat.bat file.

What do I have to do to get the following configuration up
and running:

* Apache 1.39
* Tomcat
