[PR] ci: temporarily disable Dependency Analysis workflow (CAMEL-24985) [camel]
gnodet opened a new pull request, #26834:

Temporarily disables the `Dependency Analysis` workflow with `if: false` while pilot false-positive issues are resolved.
`pilot:dependencies` consistently fails on SNAPSHOT build plugins (`camel-yaml-dsl-validator-maven-plugin` etc.) with `No plugin descriptor found at META-INF/maven/plugin.xml`, causing spurious red marks on PR checks and making it harder to spot PRs that are genuinely ready.
The workflow is kept in place so it can be re-enabled with a one-line change once the upstream fix lands.

just note that removing completely is also easy to reenable it as it is still available in the git history.
