reading odbc name from odbc.ini

Hi,
 Is it possible to find out all avaiable Data source
name in a WINNT from a JSP running in tomcat ?
 I found that there is a odbc.ini in %systemDir% i.e
c:\winnt which consists of all the DSN name.
 Now the problem is I need to find out where is
%systemDir% and then how to read in the ODBC.ini.
 Any idea ?
