It's still syncing. Looks like git-svn had trouble following the move as smoothly as it could have, so it's now going through the entire history of the trunk and all tags.
Once the sync is done (typically it takes anything from a few hours to a few days depending on how long the version history is) everything should be back to normal. I'll keep an eye on the progress to see if the process hangs up again.

Hmm, looks like the next git-svn sync got hung for some reason. I re-triggered the sync.

I just tried to clone the git.a.o url and got the following error:
