The new Layer class provides similar functionality as that in V0.3, i.e., store parameters, and perform feature transformation and compute gradients of parameters.
The difference is that we change the signature/API of ComputeFeature/ComputeGradient. Now we accept features as arguments and return the transformed feature as outputs for Forward (corresponding to the ComputeFeature function in v0.3). We accept gradients as arguments and return the gradients of lower layers and parameters as return values for Backward function (corresponding to the ComputeGradient function in v0.3).
