I get slightly different result with FileVault Core deployed as well:

However, the impl classes are deliberately not exported for usage by other bundles, therefore in its current state you won't be able to use the {{vault-validation}} JAR in an OSGi container.
Before trying to come up with a fix, please elaborate, why you think that FileVault validation would be useful to deploy into an OSGi container (where you usually have the full repository context at hand).
