   Right now Git integration is done with clients on both packages, having an Octokit client, a Bitbucket client, and an isomorphic-git client, all instantiated in different parts of the codebase.
   This is bad because every change we make to how we connect to a Git provider means we have to remember to alter and test all of these clients' instances to reflect that change.
   Also, having this code scattered means that whenever we integrate with a new Git provider this issue will get more complex and harder to deal with.
