[I] [Task]: clean up unused Hop Server properties (hop)

   ### What needs to happen?
   
   The options below are in `HopServerMeta`, but look like they're not used (souvenirs from when Hop Server could run as a cluster?). Check if used and removed if possible.
   
   ```

       <override_existing_properties></override_existing_properties>
   ```
