ANNOUNCE: The Boa webserver, v0.90 (fwd)

FYI


A glance at Boa page suggests that it has enough shortcomings
to not look like a serious competitor for Apache/NCSA/Netsite.

Rob T's going to love the bit about nph-like CGI   :-)
