flume hdfs-sink hangs all the time

I have a 3-node-collector cluster, in one of them, hdfs-sink might hang
when filechannel has lots of events for sink to consume, hadoop works well,
but hdfs-sink keep in waiting state, the attachment is the jstack I got
when it hung, could anyone explain why ?
