Every indication is that this is a false positive from Norton Antivirus.

To avoid these and determine when that is the case, change your settings as
follows:

 1. To not delete quarantined files automatically.

 2. To always ask you first before quarantining files.

Some anti-virus warnings are based on "reputation" and not on actual detection
of any malicious content.

You can determine that by checking the History provided by the Antivirus.
