   ## Instruction for building DRAT proteus UI (new)
   
   ## Building vue front end
    1. move to `$DRAT_ROOT/webapps/proteus-new/src/main/webapp/resources`
    2. execute `npm install` ( Only on first Attempt)
    3. execute `npm run clean` 
    4. execute `npm run build`
   
   ## Building DRAT
    1. `mvn clean install`
    2. Run Drat As usual
    3. Find new UI in `DRAT_HOST/proteus-new`
   
   After every single change to the UI step 1 and 2 has to be done.
