Currently the {{ExternalACLTest}} and {{ExhaustiveACLTEst}} are excluded in the {{Jav10UninvestigatedTestsExcludes}}.
Enabling and fixing the first cause of failure (use {{ConnectionBuilder}} instead of assuming {{AMQConnection}}) reveals that at least one test genuinely fails  ({{testClientCreateTemporaryQueueFailed}} because we create the temp queue in {{Session_1_0}} with the SystemPrinciple. See QPID-7625).
