[ANNOUNCEMENT] Click 2.1.0 released!

The Apache Click team is proud to announce the availability of Click 2.1.0, our first release as an
Apache top-level project.

There are a slew of new features and enhancements so be sure to check it out.

Some of the highlights are:

   * Support for Google App Engine
   * Improved JavaScript and CSS support through the JsImport, JsScript, CssImport and CssStyle elements

See the official announcement below:

Enjoy.

It's considered a best practice to include the Apache brand name in
the artifact name.

I think that's optional (or it should be :) ).

Besides, I don't think it adds any useful meaning since the names are
pretty unique for all the projects. Even more, I always rename
"apache-tomcat-xxx" to "tomcat-xxx" - the same for other projcts (most
users I know do that aswell).

iBatis, Tapestry, Velocity (and many others) don't use the prefix.

Adrian.

*Hi, congrats* on the good work!

Just a little question: shouldn't be apache-click-2.1.0 instead of only
click-2.1.0?

Like so:
gilberto@SUGEP-DMASI:~/bin> ll apache-
apache-ant-1.7.1/ apache-openjpa-1.1.0/
apache-tomcat-5.0.28/ apache-tomcat-6.0.14/
apache-maven-2.0.9/ apache-openjpa-1.2.1/
apache-tomcat-5.5.27/
apache-maven-2.2.1/ apache-openjpa-2.0.0-M3/
apache-tomcat-5.5.27-deployer/
gilberto@SUGEP-DMASI:~/bin> ll click-2.1.0/
Kinda regards,

Gilberto
