Worth noting that regardless of what we say our minimum Xcode version is, Apple enforces a minimum version for actually submitting anything to the App Store. The minimum version is Xcode 9:
> Starting July 2018, all new iOS apps and updates submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 11 SDK.
