As it took a long time for the issue VXQUERY 209, I decided to work on my
initial proposed plan. So I'm working on implementing update-index query
and process.

In meeting today, we discussed mainly about the next step. So, after the
update-index implementation, I'll be work on the issue 209 again to get it
done as it need in the next steps.

Also, regarding current update-index query that I have proposed, there two
arguments are taken collectionDir and indexDir. And as metadata, xml file
path, checksum are saved.
This initial plan was changed to use only indexDir as query argument and
save the collection dir path as metadata.
So the new update query will be like,
* update-index(indexDir)*

Regarding the final phase of my proposal, implementing a way to dynamically
select whether to use index, there should be a way to check that particular
collection has an index. For that a separate query will have to be
implemented. More to be discussed about this later.
Eg:- *show-index(collection)*

So for the next week, I'll be work on completing update-index query and
start work on fixing the issue 209.
