XML-Security C++ 1.7.3 released

The Santuario project has released V1.7.3 of the C++ XML-Security library. It is now available from the Apache distribution server and is making its way to the mirrors. I've updated the web site and download links can be found at [1].

A list of bugs fixed is available from [2].

I'll update the macport right now.
